The TSI-T503 is an i5 type chemical integrator designed according to technical specifications established by ANSI/AAMI/ISO 11140-1: 2014. It was developed for monitoring the saturated steam sterilization process, evaluating all critical process variables (temperature, time, and steam presence) indicating an effective sterilization condition or failure after use.
It can be used in gravity-fed or vacuum-assisted steam sterilizers, operating from 121ºC to 135ºC, respecting the Declared Values table for Bier Vessels indicated on the label.
The TSI-T503 features a design with a blue bar designed to follow the microbial death curve. A partial change from blue to black indicates that the process has the presence of critical variables, but in insufficient quantities to guarantee a Sterile Assurance Level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶, while a complete change to black indicates effective sterilization guaranteeing a SAL of 10⁻⁶.

Integrators should be used in any package or box containing invasive or implantable material.

This product is exempt from registration with the Ministry of Health, in accordance with RDC 751/2022, and is classified as a health product not considered a health product.
