TSI-TVK01 Sealer Test

The TSI-TVK01 test sheet is made of Tyvek® film and measures 185mm x 80mm. Its edge features a raised dotted line printed with high-adhesion green ink, allowing for better visibility of the sealing line and facilitating the identification of process flaws. The TSI-TVK01 is a routine test and validation process for sealers as described in ISO 11607-2:2006, verifying: operational qualification, performance qualification, validation plan, specification of routine tests, and necessary revalidation parameters. The test verifies pressure, temperature, and sealing contact, ensuring that the packaging sealing process remains impermeable until use.

This product is exempt from registration with the Ministry of Health, in accordance with RDC 751/2022, and is classified as a health product – a device not considered a health product.
