Manufactured according to ISO-11140-4 standard, it identifies the presence of air inside packages, caused by failures during the air removal process or in the effective penetration of steam. The Bowie & Dick cycle should be performed at temperatures of 121°C for 15 minutes and 134°C for 3.5 minutes.
